Photographing hard goods have been my thing. I even branded myself as a Commercial and Lifestyle Automotive Photographer for quite some time. I’ve turned down wedding gigs in the past telling them, I’m just not that guy. Let’s be real, shooting a wedding is a whole different type of animal. You need a whole lot of Steve Irwin (RIP) in you just to tame it.
When this opportunity came, I actually gave it some consideration. Yes, it’s been years since I’ve last photograph a wedding. Lately, I just been doing what I’ve been comfortable with; shooting cars and products that don’t talk back. Where I can control just about everything. There’s this motto I’ve always tell people, you won’t change unless you’re in an uncomfortable situation.
So here’s to change and to new challenging beginnings. Oh, and a trip to New York which kinda-sorta sealed the deal. Let’s be 150% real here; its been some time since I drowned myself in the rich New York food fare.
